6 oz (175 grams) dark chocolate at 70%
1/2 cup (125 ml) boiling water
Syrup ingredients:
1/2 cup (125 ml) water
1/2 cup (100 grams) white granulated sugar
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
