In this recipe we will use the orange sable dough we made and make some delightful flower shaped cooskies and flavor them with caramel. What could be better than this with a glass of milk on the Eid breakfast? Yummy !

INGREDIENTS:
Sable dough
1/2 cup dulce de leche or caramel
DIRECTIONS:
1- Dust your rolling pin with flour and roll the sable dough to a 25 x 30 cm rectangle.
2- Using a flower cookie cutter with a dipped center that you first put it in flour, cut the cookies and place them in a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
3- Place the cookies in a preheated oven to 180°C (360F), and bake them for around 10 minutes or until they get a light golden color, then place aside and let cool completely.
4- Decorate the center of the flowers with the caramel or dulce de leche.
5- Serve right away.
