INGREDIENTS:
7 oz / 200 grams Dark chocolate (at least 60% cocoa)
1 1/4 cups / 300 ml of heavy cream
Pinch of salt
2 large eggs (only the yolks)
1 tablespoon / 20 grams softened butter

Let's make super easy chocolate desserts with just 4 ingredients!

1- In a saucepan over medium heat, warm the heavy cream until it reaches a boiling point.
2- Remove the cream from the heat, add the chocolate, and stir with a spatula. Add a pinch of salt and mix.
3- Separate the egg yolks and the egg whites.
4- Add the egg yolks into the chocolate cream and whisk energetically.
5- Now, add the butter, and continue whisking until it melts into the chocolate cream.
And that’s it!
Divide the chocolate mixture among individual pots, place in a plate, and refrigerate overnight – but I know, you wont be able to resist, so refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Look at this… so creamy, so chocolaty, so yummy!!! This is what I call a spoon from heaven.
