Fried calamari is one of the most popular fish dishes in Morocco, specially in the North and during summer time. In this video, I will show you how to properly clean and cut the squid and also how to have the tender calamari rings like you have never had before!

2 squids (clean and cut into rings)
2 cups of all purpose white flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 cups of milk
Vegetable oil for frying
Salt and pepper (to taste)
