INGREDIENTS:
2 chicken breasts, cut into cubes
1/2 onion, finely chopped
3 garlic cloves, chopped
1 teaspoon mustard
A small bunch of fresh cilantro, finely chopped
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
1 teaspoon ground coriander
1/4 teaspoon pepper, to taste
1/4 teaspoon salt, to taste
Olive Oil
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1: Marinate the chicken
1- In a large bowl, place chicken breast cubes, then add the onion, garlic, mustard, chopped cilantro, lemon juice, ginger, turmeric, ground coriander, pepper and salt.
2- Using a wooden spoon, mix everything (all the ingredients) together. Add olive oil and continue mixing.
3- Cover the bowl with a plastic wrap and let the chicken marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
Step 2: Grill the chicken
4- Place 4 to 5 pieces of chicken in each skewer.
5- Heat a grill pan over medium heat, then cook chicken skewers on all sides until cooked with a light golden color. Serve hot!
