I am in Seoul, Korea. In today's episode we are cooking Korean Bibimbap with a Moroccan twist. "Bibim" means "Mix" and "Bap" means "Rice" - this is a popular rice mix dish in Korea. The Moroccan twist is about using "Charmoula" spices to prepare all the veggies within the Bibimbap!!! What a fusion dish! Yum!
