INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 cups bulgur (coarse if possible)
1 1/2 cups warm water
2 onions (chopped)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 small green pepper (diced)
A bunch of fresh parsley (finely chopped)
Salt and pepper (to taste)
1 tablespoon of tomato paste
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1/2 tablespoon of dried mint or fresh mint (chopped)
