4 large eggs
1/2 cup (100 grams) white granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons (30 grams) of butter (melted)
1/3 cup and 2 tbsp (50 grams) all-purpose white flour
1/3 cup (50 grams) almond powder
A pinch of salt
2 cups (40 cl) milk
A piece of butter (for the baking pans)
Sliced raw almonds and sugar (to decorate)
