Welcome to my Morocco Vlogs! What an adventure it was, traveling to this beautiful country in Northwest Africa. It was my first time in Africa, and my first time in a Muslim country. This is day 4 of my trip to Morocco. Today I leave Marrakesh for Essaouira. I catch the Supratours bus and embark on a three-hour journey. I luck out and get a front-row seat, perfect for me and for you guys, my YouTube audience. Yay, us! But even more fortunate is having a seat next to a lady by the name of Christina. She lives in Essaouira and has lived there for many years. She shared with me a wealth of information about Morocco and the towns we drove past. She even taught me some Arabic. And she prepared me for something I have been anticipating before I even arrived in Morocco. Watch closely and you will see. Traveling is not just about the destination, but is also about the journey. And what a wonderful journey and pleasure it was to meet Christina. I arrive in Essaouira three hours later, meet my lovely Airbnb host, check into my riad, before exploring this seaside town and eating street food.
